• Re-profiled against specific role against a skill related checklist via. Telephone interview/screen or video conferencing

All candidates have a detailed screening interview by a Resourcer or consultant. Prior to submitting for vacancies candidates will have an interview with a Senior Consultant and will be asked to provide 2 references. References are followed up and checked to ensure that they have the skills and experience they say. Key People will also confirm satisfactory evidence of the candidate’s eligibility to live and work in the country required for the role. The candidates' driving license will also be checked if this is required for the job. We have over 25 years of recruiting experience, and our Senior Consultants all have over 15 years with their specialist sector. We also have Senior Consultants with many years industry experience in their sectors to ensure our teams have an excellent knowledge. We keep feedback on all candidates that are submitted for jobs and interviewed, this allows us to build a good picture of an individual’s strengths and weaknesses.
As an agency, we offer Permanent, Contract, and Fixed term recruitment.
We offer this across all salary bands and on either a contingent, exclusive, or executive search basis. We will agree fees in advance based on the first years annual remuneration and will invoice for our services once the successful applicant starts. In addition to this, we have a rebate structure so that should the worst happens and a placement does not work out, we can find a free replacement or you'll get some money back.
Our contract solutions can be anything from a few days to a few years. We have an experienced team which will ensure that contractors are compliant wherever they are working in the world. We employ consultants in a number of ways from Limited company contractors, Umbrella solutions, self employed or PAYE. We can take care of everything and bill you a straight forward hourly or daily rate. Billing can also be flexible to fit a clients requirements. We also have in house support which can provide Global travel and accommodation solutions.
In some circumstances, a fixed term solution is preferred. This is where the client employs the person for a a fixed period and not on a permanent basis. Often this will be for less than a year and can cover circumstances such as long term sick or maternity cover. Here, we bill as per a permanent fee, but pro rata the fee for the time the candidate is required
