ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES *Recruit and lead a team that continuously achieves the volunteer recruitment targets and has an increasing randomization rate. *Gain full understanding of each Trial study criteria and exclusions and be able to educate and train each recruiter on the study details. *Demonstrate a proven ability to be convincing through education and explanation as a trusted advisor (e.g., credibility, competency, and trust). *Lead team efforts to develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities and ensure timely lead follow-up. Proactively uncover opportunities to expand its reach and develop a deep understanding of business objectives and clinical study. *Design and develop innovative approach to optimize recruitment while identifying strategies and techniques to reduce the cost of recruitment, measured by the total recruiting cost per randomized volunteer, and leveraging eMarketing methodologies. *Provide a strategic framework to serve as an "education partner" and "trusted advisor" with proactive, consultative approach and language. *Build the call center infrastructure with functionality enabling the management and reporting of metrics to determine efficiency and effectiveness. Supplying routine reports of results and progress. *Determine the hours of operation that are most effective in reaching volunteers and recruit individuals oriented to flexible work hours. *Establish new recruitment channels. *Design and implement a recruitment incentive program to reward high performance results. *Determine the optimal resource allocation/investment in each recruitment channel (channel mix). *Design and train each recruiter to a script and the confidence to answer potential volunteer questions and objections. *Work collaboratively with the social media, website, PR manager to ensure messaging and branding is optimal to enhance recruitment. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Build, train and manage a team of recruiters. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, the person must have: *Proven success in leading high performing sales/recruiting team for selling, up-selling and cross-selling to retail customers and meeting and exceeding sales targets. *Requires a high attention to detail with regard to lead tracking, and is familiar with account profiles in a CRM system. *Polished executive presentation and deportment. *Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. *Capability of building strategic relationships that drive business and clinical outcomes EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in related area and Master's degree (preferred). A minimum of ten years experience in sales, account management, call center management.
