My client, an Essex based Pharmaceutical company, are currently searching for a Quality Assurance Officer to join their team on a permanent basis. Within this role, you will support the team with the development, maintenance and improvement of the Quality Systems. Main Responsibilities: *Manage document repository for company documents, specifically those related to the GxP areas. *Develop and administer the Quality Management System (QMS). Including but not limited to controlling and issuing documents, ensuring version control of documents and updating all relevant documentation. *Review and update SOPs in accordance with GxP requirements. *Update and maintain the Quality Manual in accordance with GxP requirements. *Develop and deliver training on the QMS to company employees and consultants. *Develop and maintain a training matrix/programme for company employees, and consultants. *Develop and maintain an approved vendor list, ensuring storage of all associated documentation. Requirements: *1-5 years of pharmaceutical / QA experience *BSc/BA in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a relevant science *Experience of Quality Systems appropriate for Commercial Drug Product. *Knowledge of applicable ICH, EU, and GXP regulations. *Quality Assurance *Pharmaceutical Operating Procedures *MHRA For further details about this role, please contact Tim Barratt on +44(0)1727 817 626 or email tbarratt@keypeople.co.uk
