Sales Manager Products & Lifecycle Role Summary/Purpose Key role to sell our core products - Filters & Membranes, UF, Reverse Osmosis, Electrodialysis and After Market Services and drive our growth targets in the Products segment within Central Europe & Balkans (detailed country coverage to be adjusted based on candidate location and capabilities). Candidate will be responsible to deliver sales against a sub-region specific target and will work closely with a diverse functional team including Project Sales, Product Line Management, Commercial Engineering, Field Services and others to ensure that operating plan targets are met or exceeded in a safe and compliant manner. This role reports directly to the Sales Director, Central Eastern Europe, Russia/CIS. Essential Responsibilities: *Develop and oversee growth strategies for different markets and customer segments. *Potentially identify and qualify new Channel Partners, resellers and OEMs where needed. *Responsibility for meeting operating plan targets for the region. *Support our Channel Partners as well as end customers with regard to any F&M, RO, UF or ED related topics. *Use multiple water products and services to creatively solve customer challenges and issues. *Maintain focus on compliance at all times; internally and externally. *Participate in the operating rhythms necessary to support operations and growth within the region. *Strong focus on building strategic accounts, executive level customer relationships and loyalty. *Develop, propose and sell aftermarket service solutions including service agreements, hourly billed services, transactional parts and spare parts packages *Manage the entire sales process for assigned clients including lead generation, qualifying of opportunities, forecasting and closing deals *Engage as lead client-liaison in warranty claims requiring negotiation and problem-solving Qualifications/Requirements: *Minimum 5 years of technical, service or commercial experience in liquid separation (water, waste, process etc), preferably Sales or Services. *Experience in Waste Treatment, Water Treatment, Ultrafiltration (UF), Reverse Osmosis (RO), or Depth Filtration. *BS Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical or Environmental) or equivalent. *Excellent English language skills regarding oral and written communication. *Fluent in one of Central European languages. *Ability and willingness to travel extensively. Desired Characteristics: *In depth expertise regarding pure water and process spiral wound membranes. *Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills *Successfully demonstrated customer focus. *MBA or advanced technical degree preferred. *5+ years relevant water industry experience with strong commercial background, predominantly F&M related. *Marketing and/or Business Development experience *5 years demonstrated success in planning and executing sales campaigns. *Ability to manage and influence team members in a matrix organization. *Excellent communication and presentation skills and proven leadership ability. *Ability to work closely with multiple groups in a cross functional/cultural environment.
