Essential Functions (Responsibilities): -Serve as primary point of contact between comapny and customer -Manage the schedule, budget and scope of projects -Manage internal and external resources to achieve project goals -Assure safety standards are communicated and met -Conduct customer kickoff and closeout meetings. -Identify requirements, timing and lead the project team -Manage and monitor project progress and provide routine budget and schedule updates to customers and management. -manage very close the financial status of the project at any moment. -develop mitigation plans whenever technical , financial and or commercial risks appear -strictly implement the company project management process (called Projex) - Responsible for the costs (EBIT objective), quality, lead times and technical performance concerning the projects he is leading. -Provides financial information on his/her projects accordance with the requests of the regional leadership. -Identifies, analyses and manages risks in his/her area of responsibility, taking into account group constraints. -Defines and implements a contractual strategy (including company representation during claims and litigation). -Leads, coordinates and federates his/her team around the business strategy. - capable of managing a multicultural team and contributes to the different HR wheel processes concerning the teams allocated to him/her for the project. -Maintaining high standard of professional conduct and respect of company property. Contributes to the overall project strategy concerning aspects linked to project control. -Through progress, productivity, risk and opportunity analyses, assists the regional Projects Leader in order to maintain or surpass objectives in terms of quality, cost, lead time and performance -On behalf of the regional Projects Leader, leads project control activities, in other words planning, contract management, cost control and doc control. -Steers the optimization of risks and opportunities management on planning and contract management aspects. Qualifications/Requirements: -BS Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. -Minimum 5 years of experience in project and or construction management. -Sound knowledge of schedule and resource planning techniques and software. - Project Management skills and ability to manage and coordinate internal and external resources. - Knowledge of contract administration, technical, legal and commercial. -Ability to support routine travel, at times for extended periods, domestically and internationally. - Fluent in written and spoken Russsian & English. - Open mind and used to work in a Global Team, working with colleagues based in any other location around the world. - Integrity. -Strong focus on EHS Desired: -Business Acumen. -Exercise independent judgment. -Ability to manage very large complex projects. -Good understanding of estimation of the estimating and budgeting process. -Good negotiating skills. -very good written and oral communication skills and listening capacities -Structured approach in problem solving. -Able to communicate clearly and concisely with multiple stakeholders and at all levels in the organization.
